Food Forest Designs & Implementations

Create Your Heritage

What is a food forest?

A food forest is a management technique or land management system that mimics the ecosystem of a forest by planting edible trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals. Fruit and nut trees are part of the top floor, while the berry bushes, edible perennials and annuals are part of the lower levels.

Each landscape has a different story and requires different techniques to create a Food Forest. Our designs use the ethics and principles of Permaculture. It could be your home's backyard or a piece of community land or farmland. We are experienced in reading landscapes. Our job is to naturally create balanced and productive environments. A Food Forest is a wonderful place to enjoy, to harvest and also a great gift for your children and future generations.

Our Passion and Expertise

As Towards Nature, our passion is to create productive, edible and naturally balanced environments. Creating a Food Forest is creating a Heritage for coming generations. This heritage can be at your private property or in a public space for everyone. We are specialised and experienced creating multi layer, diverse, edible, pollen rich, medicinal and productive Food Forests.
